QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: 20+ years of progressive leadership in construction, environmental, or civil services.

Market Credibility: Existing relationships with decision-makers in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of business development and the ability to convert relationships into awarded projects.

Leadership Style: A collaborative, self-motivated approach that aligns with family-business values of integrity and excellence.

Local Presence: Must be within driving distance of job sites throughout the Bay Area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Growth: Support continued expansion by identifying new market opportunities and leveraging your existing network to secure repeat and negotiated work.

Client Partnerships: Serve as the primary senior representative for client relationships, strengthening trust and ensuring long-term alignment.

Operational Oversight: Provide executive-level guidance on project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring all work remains operationally sound and profitable.

Market Leadership: Shape the long-term direction of our construction services, offering strategic input on staffing, organizational structure, and service offerings.
