OVERVIEW

An established human services organization is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, supervision, and oversight for programs serving children, families in crisis, and families raising children with developmental disabilities and other complex needs. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, person-centered services while supporting the growth and development of a multidisciplinary clinical team.
Working primarily from the King of Prussia area, the Clinical Supervisor collaborates closely with organizational leadership to maintain clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and consistency across programs. This position offers an opportunity to influence service quality, mentor clinical professionals, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of children and families.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Active, unrestricted professional licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC/LMHC, Psychologist, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience providing clinical services to children and families.
  • Experience in crisis intervention, family preservation, behavioral health, developmental disabilities, or related services.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound clinical judgment and manage complex situations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Leadership & Supervision
  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to therapists, family support professionals, interns, and other clinical staff.
  • Serve as a primary resource for case consultation, clinical guidance, and problem-solving.
  • Support clinical decision-making and provide licensed backup support to senior clinical leadership as needed.
Program Oversight & Quality Assurance
  • Ensure services align with organizational standards, evidence-based practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review clinical documentation, treatment plans, assessments, progress notes, and discharge records for quality and compliance.
  • Oversee clinical processes including intake, assessment, treatment planning, intervention, and discharge planning.
Direct Clinical Services
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized service goals and treatment plans.
  • Support supervised visitation and therapeutic family interventions when appropriate.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation within the electronic health record system.
  • Participate in case conferences, multidisciplinary meetings, and court-related proceedings as required.
Crisis Response & On-Call Support
  • Participate in the organization's clinical on-call rotation.
  • Provide consultation and support during crisis situations.
  • Assist in maintaining continuous clinical coverage and emergency response readiness.
