Clinical Manager - Family & Child Services

An established nonprofit organization serving children and families within the Jewish community and beyond is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, supervision, and oversight for programs serving children, families in crisis, and families raising children with developmental disabilities and other complex needs. This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed, person-centered services while supporting the growth and development of a multidisciplinary clinical team.

Working primarily from the King of Prussia area, the Clinical Supervisor collaborates closely with organizational leadership to maintain clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and consistency across programs.
