OVERVIEW

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a growing organization in the financial services and insurance industry. As an Account Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in supporting financial advisors, strengthening client relationships, and driving sales growth through existing partner networks. The ideal candidate is relationship-focused, results-driven, and energized by helping advisors identify the right solutions for their clients. With all leads provided through established institutional relationships, this role offers the opportunity to focus on building connections, providing education, and achieving measurable results within a collaborative team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven success in inside sales, relationship management, or telephone-based sales roles.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience within the insurance or financial services industry preferred.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to quickly learn financial and insurance products and communicate their value effectively.
  • FINRA Series 6 License required.
  • Life & Health Insurance License required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on relevant experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors and existing client partners.
  • Conduct outbound calls daily to engage advisors, identify opportunities, and support sales initiatives.
  • Utilize a web-based quoting platform to prepare and present life insurance solutions.
  • Provide formal and informal training to advisors on financial and insurance products to help determine the best fit for clients.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on company products, services, and industry trends.
  • Leverage Salesforce and other technology platforms to manage advisor relationships, track activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to identify opportunities and effectively manage assigned territories.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional advisor support and service.
