OVERVIEW

Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the hospital’s business goals. Oversee comprehensive profit-and-loss, financial, and business analyses. Manage internal financial functions, external reporting, and administrative operations for the main hospital, its physician group, and associated foundations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of five years in finance or accounting, preferably within healthcare. Five years of management experience is essential.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory. A Master’s degree is preferred.
In-depth knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Proficiency with both manual and automated accounting systems.
Strong financial analysis skills.
Experience in advertising media development and publication.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
Extensive knowledge of standard accounting procedures.
Effective time management skills.
Willingness to relocate to El Paso, Texas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Direct accounting functions, accounts payable, payroll, budgeting, main cashiers, business plan assessments, asset management, and reporting.
Handle governmental, grants, and foundation accounting and reporting.
Ensure accurate financial operations and reporting.
