Join the team as a Clinical Manager for a dynamic 28-bed surgical unit, reporting directly to the Nursing Director. This unit is part of a 160-bed not-for-profit medical center and specializes in post-operative care for a diverse range of surgical patients. Our dedicated team includes RNs, Clinical Assistants, Unit Clerks, Clinical Managers, and Charge Nurses. Our nurses are integral to interdisciplinary care, performing a variety of skills such as IV therapy, wound care, pain management, administering blood products, performing 12 lead EKGs, blood draws, coordinating discharge needs, and managing a fast-paced patient turnover.
