Nurse Manager – Labor and Delivery/Obstetrics

We are seeking a dynamic Nurse Manager to lead our Labor and Delivery/Obstetrics unit. This role reports directly to the Director of OB Services and oversees approximately 60 full-time employees, supporting around 1,300 deliveries annually. The unit includes 10 LDRP rooms, 8 postpartum rooms, and 8 additional postpartum overflow rooms if needed, along with a Level II Special Care Nursery. The ideal candidate will manage both clinical and administrative operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and patient experience.
