OVERVIEW

The Director of Clinical Services leads the behavioral health services for youth in foster care programs. This includes program strategy, execution, monitoring quality, providing clinical consultation, training staff, and developing processes to improve service impact and client outcomes.

WORK SCHEDULE

Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/License: LCSW required

Experience: 3–5 years of experience working with children and families
Minimum 3 years of supervisory/management experience

Skills: Decision-making, organizational, communication, listening, and training skills
Attention to detail and ability to work with diverse populations

Additional: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Flexibility to work nights and weekends

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee the Behavioral Health program and its vision.

Drive strategy, direction, and program execution internally and externally.

Ensure delivery of services aligns with 29i regulations and policies.

Provide clinical consultation.

Train teams and leaders on the Behavioral Health model and develop processes for improvement.

Collaborate with the training team to integrate behavioral health content into programs.
