OVERVIEW

The Assistant Director of Clinical Services oversees the clinical components of statewide programs. WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time position with a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
  • Experience:Minimum 3 years of counseling/mental health experience with children and families.2+ years of managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills:Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work with economically and culturally diverse populations.
  • Other:Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure children and families receive high-quality clinical services.
  • Supervise clinical staff, including providing hours for licensure.
  • Conduct staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor compliance with treatment, documentation, and deadlines.
  • Attend and facilitate internal and external meetings.
  • Provide on-call administrative oversight as needed.
  • Develop corrective action plans and systems for tracking clinical performance.
