OVERVIEW

The Operations Manager oversees logistical, operational, and financial aspects of programs and events. The role includes managing budgets, coordinating travel and accommodation logistics, event planning, inventory management, and collaboration with the finance department to ensure cost-effective and seamless operations.

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time position with occasional after-hours or weekend work based on event needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Additional Skills:Fluency in Hebrew is a significant advantage.Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee planning and execution of conferences, including budget management, travel arrangements, and catering.
  • Coordinate program logistics, including car rentals, travel, insurance, and technology procurement.
  • Manage event production and support for 36+ events annually, including location scouting and vendor coordination.
  • Host and coordinate visiting delegations, ensuring smooth logistics.
  • Administer support systems and maintain an organized inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to manage contracts, purchasing, and budget alignment.
  • Supervise vehicle management, including maintenance, insurance, and driver education.
