OVERVIEW

The Development Associate supports the organization’s fundraising, development, and outreach initiatives. Responsibilities include cultivating donor relationships, managing special events, supporting programs like the B’nai Mitzvah Program, and collaborating with leadership in the U.S. and Israel to enhance development strategies and donor engagement.

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time position with flexibility for travel and event-based needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience:3+ years in nonprofit fundraising and development.Familiarity with Israel and the Jewish philanthropic community.Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience with donor databases and fundraising strategies.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
