OVERVIEW

The Director of UC Clinical and Case Management is responsible for overseeing clinical and case management programs, ensuring service quality and compliance with regulations. The position involves supervising staff, managing budgets, and improving program outcomes for youth and families.

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time, with flexibility for on-call, evening, and weekend responsibilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education/Certification: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience working with children and families. 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with economically and culturally diverse populations.
  • Other: Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.
  • Flexible schedule, including on-call, evenings, and weekends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead clinical and case management teams, ensuring service delivery aligns with treatment goals and regulations.
  • Monitor and improve program outcomes using data-driven insights.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring expenses align with budgetary limits.
  • Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and stakeholders for compliance and reporting.
  • Supervise staff, conduct evaluations, and coordinate training and development.
  • Ensure staffing ratios are met and monitor staff schedules and time.
  • Address and mitigate health and safety risks, maintaining a therapeutic environment.
