OVERVIEW

The Vice President of Surgical Services will oversee strategic growth, operations, and process improvement for surgical services at two locations: North Austin Medical Center and St. David’s Surgical Hospital. The role involves managing operational efficiency, clinical practice, staff accountability, and business growth across departments, including OR, pre/post, endoscopy, and sterile processing.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:Bachelor’s degree required (RN or CST background).Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
