WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time role with occasional additional hours, including weekends, for special projects, deadlines, or events.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (required).Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred).Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification (preferred).
  • Experience:10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting with leadership roles.Strong understanding of GAAP, financial analysis, and risk management.Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.Familiarity with financial systems and ERP platforms.Nonprofit experience is desirable but not required.
  • Core Competencies:Customer service focus, innovation, goal-driven, teamwork, diversity and inclusion, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, revenue recognition, and grant fiscal administration.
  • Prepare financial reports, budgets, and conduct financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, regulations, and internal controls.
  • Lead the annual audit process and regulatory reporting.
  • Manage cash flow analysis and oversee investment reconciliation.
  • Supervise and develop a finance team, providing training and direction.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure efficient resource allocation.
