QUALIFICATIONS

Education:Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and CFRE certification preferred.

Experience:10+ years in leading fundraising efforts for organizations with $10M+ budgets.Proven success in securing six-figure grants and managing annual campaigns of $5M+.Experience in leading high-performing teams and strategic donor cultivation.

Skills:Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and strategic thinking skills.Proficiency with fundraising software and donor databases.Passion for the YMCA’s mission and values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement fundraising strategies, including annual and capital campaigns.

Oversee major gifts, donor cultivation, and stewardship initiatives.

Engage the Board of Directors in fundraising activities.

Represent the organization in public relations efforts and enhance donor communication strategies.

Manage the department’s budget and ensure resource allocation for fundraising success.

Provide leadership for the $12 million capital campaign.
