Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional fundraising experience, with a proven track record in major gift solicitation, preferably within a healthcare setting.

Skills & Competencies

Strong relationship management and donor engagement skills.
Knowledge of Jewish philanthropic networks and nonprofit healthcare fundraising.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in fundraising software and donor management platforms.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams across departments.
