WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 8 years in architecture, preferably in affordable housing or multifamily residential projects.

Licensure: Active architectural license strongly preferred.

Skills:Leadership and mentorship capabilities.Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and other industry-standard software.Knowledge of modern construction methods and building codes.Strong organizational, client communication, and problem-solving skills.

Additional: Valid driver’s license for site visits and meetings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Project Management: Manage budgets, schedules, consultant coordination, and project documentation.

Team Leadership: Mentor and train team members, ensuring professional growth and efficient project execution.

Client Engagement: Act as the main point of contact, maintaining trust and communication with clients.

Technical Oversight: Address design challenges, oversee documentation, and ensure compliance with codes and timelines.

Collaboration: Coordinate with consultants and leadership to deliver integrated and cost-effective design solutions.
