Director of Surgical & Orthopedic Services

The Director of Surgical & Orthopedic Services will oversee the hospital’s fastest-growing service line, which includes the Main OR (8 ORs, expanding to 11), SPD, Endoscopy (4 procedure rooms), PAT, PACU, and Pain Management. This role reports directly to the CFO and manages over 150 FTEs through 9 direct-report managers, supervisors, and coordinators. The OR handles over 1,100 surgeries per month, supported by advanced Da Vinci robotic systems. The Director is responsible for staffing, budget management, productivity optimization, program development, physician relationships, and strategic planning to support service line growth.
