OVERVIEW

The Director of Advancement will oversee all fundraising activities and implement strategic initiatives to ensure sustainable financial support for the school. The role involves cultivating donor relationships, developing annual and multi-year advancement plans, and collaborating with the board, staff, and volunteers to foster a culture of philanthropy.

Full-time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in advancement, fundraising, and grant writing; proven leadership experience with staff and volunteers.
  • Skills:Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skillsExcellent written and oral communicationProficiency with donor management systems and Microsoft SuiteAbility to work collaboratively in a diverse communityFlexibility for evening and weekend events
