OVERVIEW

The Director of Operations will oversee clinic operations, implement strategic initiatives, and ensure operational efficiency. They will drive process improvement, optimize patient and provider experiences, and develop effective communication and financial strategies to support high-quality healthcare delivery.

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time position.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Healthcare, etc.)

Proven experience in project management and/or leadership positions

Demonstrated ability to lead and execute successful projects

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Proficiency in healthcare management tools and software

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior leadership, provide guidance to staff, and maintain departmental standards.

Operational Efficiency: Oversee daily operations, including patient flow, scheduling, staffing, and financial performance.

Process Improvement: Create and monitor KPIs, conduct audits, and implement quality improvement measures.

Patient Experience: Establish customer service standards, address feedback, and enhance satisfaction.

Financial Assessment: Collaborate with finance to optimize revenue, manage financial challenges, and ensure sustainability.

Effective Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies across all sites.
