OVERVIEW

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and dynamic Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in supporting executive leadership and driving organizational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional project management skills, strategic insight, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives. This role is instrumental in facilitating decision-making, optimizing internal operations, and enhancing community engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of six years of experience in an executive or business management role.
  • Proven track record in project coordination, strategic planning, and leading multi-departmental initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct research, synthesize data, and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration and maintain discretion in handling sensitive matters.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide leadership and oversight for projects initiated by the CEO, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Manage research and data analysis to support strategic decision-making, including internal performance metrics and external market benchmarking.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive leadership, Board of Directors, and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Support the CEO in strategic planning, administrative management, and execution of business initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify organizational challenges, streamline workflows, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee scheduling priorities and assist with high-level meeting preparations, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-ups.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance teamwork, optimize resource allocation, and improve cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Utilize project management tools to track and manage agency-wide initiatives effectively.
