COMPANY DESCRIPTION

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Director of Surgical Services to lead a dedicated perioperative team in a dynamic and patient-focused healthcare environment. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring safe, high-quality surgical care while driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, expertise in surgical services, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (required).
Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum three years of leadership experience in surgical services or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Active RN license in the state of practice (required).
Certified Nursing Operating Room (CNOR) and Certified Surgical Services Manager (CSSM) certifications are preferred.
