OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foster Care Program Coordinator to lead and oversee all aspects of our foster family care program. This role is crucial in ensuring safe, secure, and structured foster home environments for children who are unable to live at home. The ideal candidate will be passionate about child welfare, skilled in program management, and committed to fostering strong relationships with community partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Master’s degree in social work or a related human services discipline (preferred).

· Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with at-risk youth and 1 year of supervisory and/or program management experience.

· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including on-call rotations, nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; travel is an essential part of the role.

· Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills (both written and verbal).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

· Deep understanding of federal and state regulations governing foster care services.
