Compensation: Base $135K (experienced manager), Commission $80K, $215K+ total at plan, accelerators for above-plan performance

Highly respected, rapidly growing, rock-solid stable Aesthetics company seeks a Northeast Regional Sales Manager to provide leadership to a regional team of nine sales representatives that promote skincare products to Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons, and other aesthetic physician practices. The company has an extensive line of uniquely-positioned, inventive, science-based (clinically supported) cosmeceutical products that are directly dispensed by doctors to their patients. Product Pipeline: they have a continual flow of new Aesthetic products that fuel revenue growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

Sales management experience—leading an outside sales team calling on Derms/Plastics
Successful experience building high-performing sales teams that exceed goals
Thorough knowledge and experience with direct-to-physician sales of Aesthetic products
Ideal candidate has senior sales management experience in cosmeceutical/aesthetics space
Cosmeceutical/Aesthetics experience key, but Specialty Dermatology background is also a plus
