OVERVIEW

This is an opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinician to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth and families. In this role, you will provide clinical services in alignment with best practices and trauma-informed care principles. QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field required.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) strongly preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience in behavioral health, child welfare, or a residential setting working with at-risk youth.

Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based methodologies.
Determine medical necessity for Core and CFTSS (Children and Family Treatment and Support Services) programs.
Provide skill-building and case management services to meet Core requirements.
Facilitate trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy sessions in accordance with agency policies.
Deliver psychiatric support and skill-building interventions to support youth and families.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Work in a community-based setting, providing services directly to clients in their environment.
