OVERVIEW

The Fundraising Associate will work within the Development team to engage supporters, cultivate donor relationships, and solicit funding for the organization’s mission. Responsibilities include donor outreach, maintaining correspondence, supporting events, and ensuring follow-up on pledges.

WORK SCHEDULE

Full-time position with flexible hours in a hybrid work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:3–5 years of experience in sales or fundraising.Experience with hybrid work environments preferred.Experience with Salesforce (CRM), Google Suite, and email marketing a plus.

Skills:Strong relationship-building and cross-cultural communication skills.Self-motivated, organized, and charismatic with a positive attitude.Comfortable with cold calling and engaging donors.Alignment with the organization’s mission, with honesty and integrity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct calls to solicit campaign giving from current supporters, leads, and cold prospects.

Maintain regular correspondence with donors, providing updates and fostering relationships.

Assist in organizing and supporting development events and campaigns.

Follow up with donors on pledges when necessary.
