This role provides the right individual an opportunity to help us build a better environment while helping our team of scientists, engineers, and construction experts excel at their work. As Confluence’s Engineering Group Leader, the person in this position will be promoted as an expert in their field, whether in stream and river restoration, dam removal, fish passage and screening, hydraulic modeling, bank stabilization, irrigation diversion design, or water management. This position is considered a director-level role in the business and will be provided opportunities to build upon a top-notch engineering team that provides a variety of niche, in-house services and team with strategic partners to build more comprehensive project capabilities.
