QUALIFICATIONS

BSCE or equivalent
Licensed as a PE (Professional Engineer) in UT
20+ years of experience in transportation engineering experience including experience in design and overseeing the development of plans, specs, and estimates
Experience in management of transportation projects with UDOT
Ability to mentor others, manage project deliverables, and lead diverse teams on complex transportation projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead business development activities for transportation engineering pursuits for local government and UDOT
Develop and manage scopes of work, schedules, contracts, and design budgets for projects
Oversee full life cycle of projects including planning, design, and implementation for local roadway jurisdictions and working on federally funded projects for UDOT
