Position Overview: As an Echo Tech Supervisor, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the Echo and Vascular Department, ensuring the highest standards of care and service excellence. Your role will include:

• Leading and scheduling staff.
• Maintaining lab accreditation status.
• Performing echo scans and monitoring quality assurance protocols.
• Collaborating closely with the Cardiovascular Service Director and Cardiologists to drive innovation and excellence in patient care.

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise a skilled team, ensuring compliance with policies, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform echo scans, maintain departmental schedules, and manage payroll.
• Oversee staff performance evaluations, equipment maintenance, and service calls.
• Play a key role in the accreditation process, ensuring the department meets the highest industry standards.
• Continuously enhance your skills through ongoing professional development and educational programs.

Who You Are:

• You hold an A.A.S. degree and are a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) with ARRT, ARDMS, & SDMS registry.
• You possess BLS certification and have at least 2 years of experience as an Echo Tech in a hospital setting.
• Ideally, you have a B.S. degree, are a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), and bring 2 years of supervisory experience with a solid understanding of IAC accreditation requirements.
